Christmas Thank you Letters

untitled (36)

I’ll bet your child has received lots of presents for Christmas. Will you have him/her write thank you notes to the gift givers? It’s a great idea to have your child do this so that he/she can remember where the gift came from and appreciate it more. I still write thank you notes for everything as I was raised that you don’t appreciate the present until after the giver has been thanked!

Thank You, Santa by Kerry Argent is a wonderful book to read to your child before writing thank you notes. The book is full of letters written between Santa and children.

Notes can be short and sweet. Your child can write them on his/her own, or you can make a template that your child can fill in.
